Upon arrival I diagnose unit. Unit ice container was full of ice. Customer stated machine went couple of hours with not making ice just a few ice where in basket. I explain to customer usually takes anywhere from 2-3 days to have full ice basket. Explain to customer unit drops 10 pieces of ice at about 120min. Unit is working as designed.

Roosevelt was unprofessional and rude! He didn't want to come to my house and diagnose my issue and argued with me on the phone because I wanted him to come look at my refrigerator before I just thaw it out and he come on another day. It wasn't going to cost him anything to come to my house. That's his job! He also needs to remember customer service is part of his job! If I ever need whirlpool to service my refrigerator again , I DO NOT want him to be my technician.
