SERVICE WAS PERFORMED AS REQUESTED AND TECH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. ONLY ISSUE WAS WITH COORDINATING SERVICE CALL WITH OFFICE. WAS NOT ABLE TO REACH ANYONE OR LEAVE VOICEMAIL. HAD TO CALL WHIRLPOOL TO ASSIST. THAT FIXED THE PROBLEM.

Never have parts. Parts take WEEKS to get here. Repairs NEVER fix the issue on the first visit.
These are warranty calls. We have placed well over 20 warranty requests for different appliances and its the same story. We're lucky if they even show up on the date the schedule.
We are able to fix them in house much faster than we can get ASI to fix them, so the excuse of "parts on backorder," is just false. If my supplier has them and gets them direct from Whirlpool in 3 days, ASI should also.
If ASI wasn't the only approved whirlpool warranty company in Houston, I would go with someone else in a heartbeat.
