Came out to fix freezer doors in March. They had to order parts, and made me pay in full. Not a problem. Here it is JUNE, the parts have been in for a month and the have never reached out to me to follow up, and don’t answer my calls or texts! Stay away!
Would you please contact our office as this service order was for a range and we have no other work orders for your address. Your service order with us was covered under warranty and no out of pocket expense completed in april as the manufacturer was replacing the unit
