Check unit to find all operations working as designed on arrival there are no separated gaskets from door frames. Unit is OK and ceiling properly. No condensation was found on door during visit. Customer was informed of possible environmental issues with AC duck over refrigerator causing unit to be colder playing a role in condensation. Unit is OK if customer calls back there is a service request on the document pictures she can call Whirlpool.

The man said it was only the filter but then he was so rude and threatening that if he had to come back it would cost me 150.00, as he’s leaving he looks at me and taps his forehead as if telling me to think. I think if my husband had been home he wouldn’t have been so rude to him.
