"Checked unit and customer is complaining that the inner door glass is not centered, so I adjusted it to his liking so he started saying that the door is not sealing correctly for him, and didn't like that and for that reason he is demanding a new unit that is sealing correctly for him, tech like said the unit is working as it's designed and to refer the customer to contact customer service"

The technician was very rude and unprofessional. He didn’t do his job. He was using course word and unprofessional languages like bitch and stupid, he got into an intensive argument with my mother inlaw and he failed to demonstrate professionalism.
