Derrick has come to my home on several occasions to fix my appliances, and each time he has been nothing but respectful and kind. He is a great guy and when I ask questions (which I normally do) he has has no problems walking me through or explaining. He is knowledgeable and super quick with his work. Highly recommend him!

The service technician did an exceptional job and was quickly able to fix the problem. The downside is it took 6+weeks for me to receive the part for the dishwasher unit.
