"Check unit to find it roach, infestation removed kick panel and pulled out water filter. Roaches went everywhere. Customer was informed that this would not be covered on the manufactured warranty. She would have to provide receipt showing she had a professional exterminator come out and to further repair she would have to pay out-of-pocket Unit is OK and all findings were documented with the Whirlpool tech line. The service request info is on the document"

My tech arrived outside of my time frame at 8am sharp. When I opened the door I was surprised to see him. I told him my time frame was from 12pm or later. He kind of got upset that I said that. He responded I called you this morning and no one answered. He did call at 7am!! He the said well o can leave if you don't want your dishwasher serviced. I said no it's not that I don't want my DW serviced but I'm leaving to work. He came in and did the job. On his way out he did apologize for arriving early and stated that time frame is only a suggestion. We'll okay.
