The servicemen are great! It's the wait time for parts and service that is frustrating. 1 month of waiting and washing dishes by hand 2x a day is bad. If a person has an extended warranty, is it worth the wait or, do they just cancel the warranty and pay out of pocket to have it fixed more timely?
