Upon arrival. Unit had no water connected to it and this time they removed wire power cord too. Unit was unserviceable. I adviced customer unit needs to be fully connected so we can serviced it. I also adviced about unit being moved on wood pallets can cause damage to bottom components. Unit has been treated roughly damage to back of unit too. SR# 7738294203
