verified unit opperation.... cust is concerned that MW use will cause cancer due to soot inside the vent flowing through the food compartment of the MW while cooking. black soot in wave guide channel is not servicable. WPL is replacing unit.

Raul was excellent. He was very professional and skilled in his profession. I understood he is just the mechanic.
The only issue was ASI took over 3 weeks to diagnose, get parts and schedule. Wished it would have been 1/2 the time as w/o a washing machine was very difficult.
